The EPEA team addressed these questions intensively in a two-day workshop in Hamburg.
The focus was on the joint analysis of current market changes and their effects on companies. New regulatory developments such as digital product passports, increasing transparency requirements along the supply chain and growing expectations for CO₂ reduction and circularity pose complex tasks for many industries. The aim of the workshop was therefore to understand the needs of our customers even better today and in the future.
Through structured deep dives, mapping exercises and working with the Value Proposition Canvas, key customer segments, challenges and expectations were analyzed. These findings formed the basis for strategically further sharpening our own service portfolio. In particular, topics such as C2C certification, material health services, ProCA, digital product passports, workshops & trainings and supply chain services are becoming increasingly important.

Another focus was on making internal competencies visible and developing a common understanding of how EPEA can support companies even more effectively in the future, with clear structures, targeted focal areas and a consistently customer-focused approach.
The workshop clearly showed that markets are constantly changing, and a successful circular economy can only be achieved through continuous learning, development and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by our customers. With the knowledge gained, EPEA is now working to implement the next steps and contribute its own expertise in an even more targeted manner.
