Many projects fail not because of the idea, but because of the documentation. With the right structure, even complex evidence can be prepared convincingly and eligible for funding.

Which criteria determine funding?

How much is the funding?

The City of Munich funds 20%, 40% or 60% of eligible additional costs, up to 400,000 euros per project. Which funding class is achieved depends on how much the project contributes to circularity. Among other things, the following are assessed:
Sufficiency test/needs analysis
Contributing to the circular economy
Minimizing negative (environmental) effects
Level of Innovation & Transferability/Model Character
Additional costs compared to standard construction
