OBJECT CARPET has received a Material Health Statement® (MHS) for the DUO tiles (NYLTECC, NYLLOOP, SPRINGLES ECO) of the Greencard collection. The MHS® documents the material composition of the collection and provides transparency regarding the substances used.
The MHS discloses more than 98% of the ingredients contained in the Greencard collection to an accuracy of 100 ppm (0.01%). One of the key findings is that more than 96% of the materials consist of polyamide and polyester. The collection is manufactured using Niaga® technology. This process largely avoids additives and fillers and relies on mono-material or dual-material solutions, reducing the need for additional materials and fillers. Furthermore, energy consumption is reduced, as OBJECT CARPET states that neither water nor gas is required for the production of the carpet backing.
