Würth’s core product portfolio includes more than 125,000 products for customers in the skilled trades and industry. The range covers everything from screws, fastening accessories, and anchors to tools, chemical-technical products, and personal protective equipment. The Würth Group’s subsidiaries complement this portfolio with products for home improvement stores, electrical installation materials, electronic components such as printed circuit boards, and financial services.
In previous years, Würth successfully optimized several products and achieved Cradle to Cradle Certified® certification, including the VARIFIX® rapid installation system and the ORSY® shelving system. Building on this experience, the company took on the challenge of further developing one of its most complex product groups, the M-CUBE machines, in accordance with the Cradle to Cradle Certified® standard.
The M-CUBE machines were optimized according to Cradle to Cradle principles during product development. Designed for material recovery, the ABS 18 Compact and ABS 18 Subcompact are among the first Cradle to Cradle Certified® machines on the market.
